A Data Pack, also known as a top-up, is additional data available for purchase from the Tulip Mobile app! If you run out of data, you can always add a Data Pack to your plan to hold you over until your data renews with the next billing cycle. Data Packs expire at the end of the billing cycle they are purchased in, so use ‘em if you got ‘em!
How long will my Data Packs (my top-up) be valid?
Your Data Pack is only available through the last day of your billing cycle.
You can find the Data Pack purchase history within your invoice. Once the billing cycle is complete, your plan will be refreshed with your subscribed data plan.
